Please join us in congratulating December’s SEO Member of the Month, Melissa Bacon! We don’t think Melissa has ever met a stranger. Her upbeat energy and willingness to work are qualities we love. You’ll most likely see her rolling into SEO (probably too fast) blasting some Wu-Tang (or other 90’s gansta rap). Melissa has been a member of SEO for quite some time and has recently been attending classes regularly and working on her squat programming during Open Gym. She has always been an impressive athlete as she’s completed an Iron Man, too many marathons to count and recently placed second in our 5th Annual CrossFit SEO Throwdown. As Melissa grows as an athlete, it is apparent she has been moving much more efficiently whether it’s gymnastics, body weight movements or lifts – she truly is an athlete that encompasses both sides of the CrossFit programming spectrum.
