Please join us in congratulating our February CrossFitSEO Member of the Month, Alison Smart. Alison is one of SEO’s original members. Being a busy working mother of three, Alison regularly attends the 5AM class but will also take appropriate rest days when warranted (even though she’s pretty bad ass). Alison has consistently has a “go get ‘em” mentality and conquers WODs with ease. Have you seen her move? She’s fast! While Alison competes with herself, she is always encouraging other members. Occasionally, you’ll find her husband, Drew, trying to catch or beat her. (It rarely happens…sorry, Drew!) Alison is always working to correct for form and seeks advice from coaches. Even during injury, Alison has the wherewithal to scale her movements in order to prevent further injury. Alison has a wonderful attitude, is a stellar athlete and outstanding role model.
