We’re proud to announce April’s CrossFit SEO Member of the Month is none other than our devoted, cheerful and amazing Yoga instructor, Jennie Klein. Jennie has been with SEO for quite some time and has made CrossFit a family affair by involving her son, Victor and daughter, Maddie. Jennie’s devotion to CrossFit has become apparent as her Oly lifts and gymnastics have improved greatly over the course of her tenure at SEO. We notice Jennie pushing herself and others and above all, encouraging and welcoming fellow athletes. Jennie competed in the Open for the first time and we’re so impressed with her performance and her ability to push herself – even if it’s out of her comfort zone! We get excited when Jennie is around, but know not to expect her when there’s snow on the ground. Not only has Jennie been an amazing encourager and athlete, she’s also been an incredible Yoga instructor. She routinely caters her classes to WODs we’ve performed in the week by listening to her body and encouraging others to do the same.
