Starting a new program can be difficult. Feel free to contact us to learn more about CrossFit or how to sign in for your first class.

There are a few steps you need to take before your first workout of the day (WOD):

 

1. Visit Pike13, our scheduling website, and create your own profile.

2.  Review and sign our online waiver (available on Pike 13).  Be sure to save a copy for your own records.

 

3. Upon profile completion, Pike13 will automatically add a free class to your account (only applies to local, future potential members).  

 

4. Schedule a date and time you would like to attend and confirm your reservation.

 

5. You're finished! Feel free to browse our website further to learn about our philosophy, our operations and our coaches.
