GETTING STARTED

Starting a new program can be difficult. Feel free to contact us to learn more about CrossFit or how to sign in for your first class.

There are a few steps you need to take before your first workout of the day (WOD):

 

1. Visit Front Desk, our scheduling website, and create your own profile.

 

 

 

2.  Review and sign our online waiver (available on Front Desk).  Be sure to save a copy for your own records.

 

3. Upon profile completion, Front Desk will automatically add a free class to your account.

 

4. Schedule a date and time you would like to attend and confirm your reservation.

 

5. You're finished! Feel free to browse our website further to learn about our philosophy, our operations and our coaches.
