CrossFit Kids Certified

Our CrossFit Kids is based upon teaching CrossFit to children ages 6-12.  Our kids classes are first based on the principle of mechanics, consistency and then intensity.  Good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injury.  Exercise has been an indication of benefit to cognitive function, which could then have a positive impact on children's academic achievement.  The need of a second grader and a high school varsity wrestler differ by degree and not kind; the CrossFit Kids program  is scalable for this age range or experience level and accounts for the varied levels of maturity within a class.  


Our CrossFit Kids classes focus on physical skills but will also be taught how to apply principles such as respect, teamwork, and responsibility.  CrossFit kids will develop a sense of confidence and independence that will set them up for success in all aspects of their life. 


Important Notes:

-Parents must sign in their child on Front Desk prior to every class.

-An emergency contact card must be filled out before child attends first class.

-Parents must sign in child upon arrival and sign out upon pick up for every class 

if they leave the premises.

-Parents MUST stay off of the gym floor.  Viewing is available upstairs.

Behavior Policy:

Strike 1 - Verbal Warning

Strike 2 - 2 Minute Time Out 

Strike 3 - Removal from Class Participation

2x/ week for 1 month = 8 Classes
