CF-L1 CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification, 2014
As someone who's taught for the last two decades at universities around the country and now here at Ohio University, I'm deeply interested in how we learn and improve as adults. I started CrossFit after stepping on the scale on my birthday in 2012 and wincing. Since that initial motivation to get back into shape, I've discovered that CrossFit offers a great way to fulfill a number of goals, from letting go of your stress to surprising yourself by suddenly doing a handstand push-up. As I coach, I love the chance to help athletes achieve their goals. I completed the CrossFit Level 1 Certificate course in January of 2014, an experience you/re welcome to read about in the CrossFit Journal(link: http://library.crossfit.com/free/pdf/CFJ_2014_03_L1_LeMay2.pdf).
