Weightlifting

 

This class is designed for all levels with an emphasis on the bar movement, grip, position and footwork. During each class, athletes will receive immediate feedback through individualized videos.  Every cycle is 8 weeks, while an athlete may come and go as they desire.

$8/class or $36 for 6 classes with punchcard.
