Please join us in congratulating Kenny Basnett, CrossFit SEO’s May Member of the Month! We are incredibly lucky to have someone like Kenny in the gym. He started his CrossFit career in Illinois and joined us a few times when we were on Columbus Road but has been a regular at SEO since last summer when his wife, Amy, began attending classes again. Kenny comes in early with a smile on his face and is always ready to put in 110%. While Kenny isn’t the loudest of the bunch, you will find him quietly encouraging other members and feeds off their enthusiasm to perform well in his own workout. Kenny is incredible on the rig and makes the movement look effortless. He continues to seek improvement cues from his coaches for barbell positioning and has come so far! It is evident to us that his confidence in CrossFit is ever-growing! Kenny remains diligent at the gym while managing, along with Amy, a full time job, a toddler and their newest addition, Elah. Kenny is a kind soul and a great asset to the SEO community. Congratulations, Kenny!
